UK Standard Delivery: FREE

• Usually sent via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service.
• Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days from date of dispatch.
• The delivery time is not guaranteed and may be subject to delays due to the courier.
• Tracking information can be provided upon request.

UK Next Day Delivery (Weekday): £5.99

• Usually sent via Royal Mail’s Next Day Service.
• Orders must be placed before 1pm to qualify for this service.
• Delivery  within 1 working day (Monday-Thursday) from the date of dispatch.
• Tracking information can be provided upon request

Please note: We cannot offer 100% guarantee on the package being delivered the Next Day, we do use Royal Mail as our chosen courier and they are the best in country

EU Standard Delivery: €18.40

• Approximately delivered within 5-7 working days once dispatched.
• European are sent out using Royal Mail (subject to weight of package).
• Tracking information can be provided upon request.
• Service includes the Republic of Ireland

International Delivery: $20 USD

• Approximately delivered within 7-10 working days once dispatched.
• International orders are usually sent out using Royal Mail's Standard International Signed For Service.
• Please note, in some parts of the world orders can take several weeks to be delivered. This includes South Africa and the Middle East.
• We cannot take any action regarding any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. These charges will be the customer's responsibility.
• In the event that you wish to return any item, please be aware that we will not refund the cost of shipping unless the item is damaged. Import duties and taxes involved will also not be refunded.

Return Options

Please note:

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return delivery costs unless the item is deemed faulty following inspection. 

If an order has been cancelled before dispatch the total price of the goods including delivery charges will be refunded. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it in undamaged sealable condition, with the original packaging and any tags or labels left intact within 14 days of receipt.

Return Exceptions:

Items that have been worn, used, washed/tumble dried or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange

How to return an item

To start a return, you can contact us via email info.alhamdstore@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer pays for return postage.

You can always contact us for any return question via email

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
